The Grubbiest Fun Run ...
Brace yourself for grubbiest event on the planet returning to Sydney in 2012.
The nation's most bizarre race, the Mud Run has fast become Australia's biggest mud-fest offering thousands of runners and thrill-seekers a unique (and immensely mucky) fun-run experience.
Join thousands of wacky-racers as you run, crawl or even belly-flop your way through 7km of mud-pits and bog-holes oozing with thick, cold, gooey muck. Or, for the younger generation (under 12s), we've lined up a shorter 1km 'Mud Dash' race.
Our motto? The dirtier the better. Expect nothing less. This fun run is unlike anything else in Australia; this eye-popping, sidesplitting, hilarious spectacle of an event is designed for everyone and anyone who's game for a laugh.
Sydney Event:
In a test of grit, guts (and mud) get ready for an obstacle-jumping, mud-crawling, mucky gallop at the Sydney International Equestrian Centre. Located within easy travel distance of Sydney, the venue offers showers, ample parking and a free shuttle bus to and from the nearby station.
Charity:
Run for fun or run for your chosen charity – the choice is yours. The Mud Run is an avid supporter of the Cancer Council. To find out more about raising funds on behalf of the Cancer Council NSW click here.
