Once again this year, we're proud to announce that Cancer Council NSW will be the official charity partner for the Mud Run at the Sydney International Equestrian Centre, NSW.
Cancer Council NSW is a community funded, community focused cancer charity dedicated to the defeat of cancer.
Through the development of prevention strategies, research into new treatments and cures, and by providing clinical and emotional support to those affected by cancer, we work towards realising our vision of a society where lives are not cut short by or their quality diminished by cancer.
Cancer Council NSW has the broadest reach of any cancer organisation in New South Wales and has been a trusted cancer charity for more than 50 years.
To be eligible to run for free, register for the "Cancer Council NSW Fundraising Entry" commit to raise a minimum of $350 per person in support of Cancer Council NSW through the Everyday Hero Website before 4/01/2012 and you will receive a rebate from the Cancer Council on your entry fee in January 2012.
Visit the Everyday Hero Website and create your very own fundraising page. Then send your fundraising page to your friends and family and start raising money for Cancer Council NSW.
Please Note: The $350 minimum per person must be raised by 4/01/2012 and will be verified by Cancer Council NSW officials. If you haven't managed to raise the minimum of $350 by this date, you will not be refunded back your entry fee
When you register for the event via the online registration system you can make a donation to the Cancer Council NSW as part of your entry. Just nominate the dollar amount you would like to donate.
You will be sent a tax receipt for any donation of $2 or more.

Would you like the chance to be a at the start of the first Mud Run wave of the day?
Start raising funds for Cancer Council NSW and be one of the top 10 individual fundraisers or one of the top 3 team (max 10 people per team) fundraisers and you will secure your spot at the front of the 9am start wave. This will be a select group of 40 people who get to taste the Mud ahead of the rest of the field!
The top 10 individual and top 3 teams will be decided at the end of day on Friday 25th November. This gives us time to notify you of your new start time before the event date. You can continue to raise funds after this date, but any funds raised will not affect the top 10 individual and top 3 team placings.
